DEEP DIVE: Workshop for children with David Tholander / Korbo (DK)
At the core of Korbo’s work you find the exploration of magic as a playful and sensorial language on stage.
In this workshop we play with magic. We learn magic tricks, magical techniques and secret principles. Together we explore these magical moments: What happens when something impossible suddenly becomes possible? What emotions does it evoke – wonder, joy, curiosity?
We use magic in theater games, movements and short scenes where fantasy and body cooperate. The workshop invites the children to experiment, create and tell stories in new ways – without the use of a lot of words.
(1 hour, target group: The children’s class for 7–9-year-olds at the Circus Museum. All curious children from the class can participate. Only one rule applies: You need to be able to keep a secret..)
