Discover the next generation of innovative circus makers!
With youthful fearlessness, Jef and Marica wrestle the laws of the Cyr wheel. By insisting on the recognition of their distinctly different physicalities and personalities, they create an unprecedented antagonistic approach to the wheel. A battleground where one seeks balance while the other embraces the fall.
The result is a new vocabulary – a physical conversation filled with unexpected strategies, movements and devices. A new dawn for the discipline itself. And a wonderful performance!
IN DIFFERENCE is circusnext Laureate 2025.
