DEEP DIVE: Dansk Samtidscirkus, Copenhagen Contemporary Circus College, the Danish Artists’ Association and C!CAF invite you to join us for a day aimed at the entire industry, dedicated to focusing on the vulnerable and crucial spaces where performing arts are created.
How do we speak about each other’s work – and what impact do our words have on the processes?
On this day, we will explore workplace environment, trust, dilemmas, and employer/employee relations, drawing on the Danish Artists’ Association’s “New Guide to a Healthy Work Environment.” At the same time, we will examine feedback culture, notes, critique, and the power structures that shape our artistic development.
